With Mother's Day just around the corner, I began wondering how would people finish this sentence: "Parenting is..."

How would you describe parenting? Now be honest!

Best answers so far are: "It was the best of times, it was the worse of times" and... "Whose idea was it?" :-))

I think Elizabeth Stone described it best:

"Making the decision to have a child is momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body."

(Hence the title of this month's e-zine.)
